This high quality beard balm is made with our premium beeswax, organic sunflower oil and shea butter blend to create a beard balm that moisturizes and conditions your beard while helping to style it and prevent dry itchy skin and ingrown hairs.
The unique scent is a blend of Lavender, Pineapple, Coriander, Juniper Berries, Cactus, Violet, Sage, Ginger, Sandalwood, Musk, Bergamot, Vetiver, Mahogany, Cardamom, Neroli, Amber, Cedar & Pepper.

Use daily after washing your face or after you shower. Apply to a dry not wet beard for best results. Scrape out a dime sized amount of balm and rub between your palms. Run your fingers through your facial hair, starting from the neck and working up, making sure to rub balm into the skin where your beard grows.

Beard balms are "heat sensitive". In the summer they may melt in shipping depending on your region. If your area is HOT you may consider not ordering balms until the weather cools. We will not be responsible for product that is melted in shipment, this will be solely at the discretion of the purchaser.
We will cover the shipping price for you for even a smallest order. All our suppliers are in US and products are shipped straight from supplier warehouse in USA. In some occasions due to high demand, the product may be shipped by suppliers from the manufacturing unit rather than warehouse which can be in any part of the world.
As we have hand picked top rated products and suppliers, when you order multiple products, you may get them as one package but in majority of cases you should expect each product to ship from different warehouses, arriving to you in different packages and at different times.

As demands are higher and due to Covid-19 related issues, shipping times may be slower than targeted time, and we appreciate your patience. totBtot Inc. has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, Lingerie and under garments, bra, bikinis, panties, underwear, head phones, ear phones and other related items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
